The hotel boasts an excellent location in the heart of Sofia's business and administrative centre, close to the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral.

Built in 2002, this small hotel is the first and, so far, the only property in Bulgaria to be a member of the Best Western International network (the world's largest hotel chain). Its design makes eye-catching use of white concrete, smoked glass and steel. The small lobby is well lit by natural light. Its marble floor and fixtures extend beyond the small seating area adjacent to the entrance towards the small bar area at the rear. The decor is modern and bright and gives a cosy and welcoming feel. The rooms are all modern and feature a blue and gold colour scheme, which works well. Though they vary in size, none really more than medium sized. But all are extremely well equipped and of superior quality. In addition to a wealth of other amenities the hotel offers two brand new multifunctional conference halls: City and Sofia. The fully air-conditioned rooms are separated by flexible soundproof partition walls, so they can be used both independently and combined to provide a meeting room seating up to 130 people. The restaurant is located on the ground floor at the rear of the lobby area. Although it has no windows, there are skylights, which allow some daylight to illuminate this cosy, modern room.
